As
mentioned on other pages on this web site – Resources are been exported
from Africa and South American countries without the permission of the
people of these countries so now it is time for them to have a
referendum to decide if they want to do this or if they prefer to keep
their natural resources – make them into finished products and then
export them .
Britain had a referendum on the EU
and Scotland had a referendum on independence so it is only fair that
African and South American countries should be given a referendum on
their natural resources which were put there by nature millions of years
ago . They were not put there for the use of a corrupt Government and
far away countries but for everyone in the country .
When the industries are owned by the
locals they can decide the level of pollution
proportional to the level of profit .Owners living thousands of
miles away have no concern
about the local pollution of industries they own so de–Centralization is
necessary .
