Land Reform and Re-Distribution of Excessive Wealth

There should be re-distribution of land and excessive wealth in a fair manner but the reform should be in a 4 stage pattern over a number of years

1. The first stage of Land Reform is to take away excess land from millionaires who are not using it and to stop them from buying more land

2. Inheritance  laws should be capped at a level stopping over accumulation of wealth passing on .

3. Gradually more land should be taken from the wealthy and with a maximum wage cap in place over accumulation of land should be limited .

4. Finally over some time complete land reform should be put in place.

 Gradual land reform  avoids a backlash from powerful land owners .Thus land can be distributed in a fair way for maximum utilization of it with proper planning as opposed to the chaos created in the communist revolutions which often just exchanged the power into the hands of communist leaders rather than re distrubuting it fairly.

 The communists had to restrict the freedom of the population because their methods were so unpopular and corrupt . This is why it  is important first to stop the wealthy expanding in never ending greed .Microsoft ,Amazon ........   while taking  away the un used portion of their wealth followed by increasing strict inheritance laws bringing round land reform with the death of millionaires . The important thing is that the whole population are involved in this redistribution of wealth and land because we are all collectively all joint owners of this universe and a few individuals should not be allowed to over dominate for their private greed .
