At the moment without an extremely detailed study of each South American Countries it would be hard to say the exact amount of Looted Oil from South America but it is clear that the vast majority of the below oil from South America is sold without the permission of the general public of these countries and that they benefit little from the vast fortune made from the sale of their oil.
