Ban on Export of Raw Materials
The Classic text book crime of the export of raw materials from a
country is the British in India who exported raw Cotton- jute to England
from India -made finished clothes from it and then re-exported the
finished clothes back to India .Some Indian weavers had their thumbs cut
of by the British in India to stop the weaving.
This form of exploitation is going on everywhere all over Africa ,

Another example is Firestone in Liberia which owns millions of acres
of rubber trees in Liberia ,Africa -exports the raw rubber to the
US and then re exports the tires back to Africa .The crimes of Firestone
are normal and wide spread by the Looting countries and as the Looting
countries make the international Law so they have made it in such a way
that this crime is legal !
Niger in Africa exports 80 % of Frances Uranium and still does
not have a Uranium power station its self .France then exports some
excess power to England
Iran Nationalized its oil in 1950 to kick the British thieving out
but the US CIA reversed this in 1953 (operation AJAX)
Along side the old criminal colonial countries the new exploiter on
the Scene having amassed a vast capital from exploiting its hard working
underpaid population in this sick game of Looting is China
The Congo exports rare metals used in cell phones but does not
produce cell phones ..The Looting companies will give you a long list of
reasons why this happens but we all know the real reason is
because of their greed .
Solution - Solutions have to come from peoples protests and will
never come from politicians whose incomes and loyalty are interwoven
with the Looting companies directly and indirectly .
Everybody knows what the solution is and it is the challenge of the
protesters when they take over there Governments because of gross
corruption to implement this policy of
banning the export of raw materials and only allowing finished products
to be exported to places who do not have the raw materials .
Possibly some barter could take place - For example a country could
barter oil for rice or wheat or another mineral they lack thus avoiding
the exchange of cash that gets stuck in the Government sticky fingers !-
This would also avoid using the US dollar or Chinese RMB ! which weakens
the local currency .
Proxy Governments
Colonial Governments are no longer used to control the Country been
exploited .The new style used by the exploiting countries is to use a
Proxy Government .
The classic example of this is Saudi Arabia
The Proxy Governments are made up from the exploited country to give
the appearance that they are not working for there corporate colonial
bosses so for example most if not all the African and South American
Governments should hold British , France ,American ,Canadian or Australian passports and give up their African or South American
Passports because there income all comes from there foreign corporate
bosses in the form of revenue for oil and other recourses .
They maintain their survival by buying vast amounts of military
equipment . Some put up the illusion of a democracy but many like
Saudi Arabia don't even bother with that .
The Looting countries have one law for their own country and then
another set of laws for the countries they loot .
An example of this is the British who from 1945
to 1951 under a labour Gov. nationalized a lot of industries at home but when Iran
nationalized its oil they started a blockade of Iran and under Winston
Churchill supported the CIA over throw of the democratically elected
Iranian Government which lead us to the present situation we are in
today .
Another Example is in Canada with Justin Trudeau trying to avoid
criminal charges against a Canadian company suspected of paying bribes
to the Libyans .He said in his defense that he was trying to save
Canadian jobs .
The effects of paying bribes to a country means the local government
losses money which it needs for hospitals and schools plus infra
structure such as roads . The bribes dis-balances the whole economy with
local companies been bypassed for foreign companies who take the profit
out of the country .The loop of poverty created by colonialism continues
so that to quote Justin Trudeau "Canadian jobs are saved "
The conclusion is Canadian profit is more important than Libyan
life's according to Justin Trudueau whose attitude can be seen as normal
for all corporate colonial countries .
Canada has enough recourses to be self sufficient but to enjoy a high
standard of living Canadian mining companies loot the whole world .
Countries such as Britain could not survive a day
without looting the recourses of their previous colonies but
still boast about their democracy that survives on raw materials from fake democracies and
dictatorships .
How about having a referendum in the countries who supply oil to
Britain to see if the people want to export there oil to Britain
only to be left in poverty and oil pollution while the UK has health
care and pensions thanks to their stolen oil .
African oil enters Britain by the ship full but when one African
stands in the queue to get his passport stamped he will be taken aside
and interrogated like a criminal but for an African to enjoy
African oil he has to come to England !
Crimes Committed by Governments of Looting
Countries
As already stated above proxy Governments
maintain there financial survival on the commissions or bribes given to
them by the corporations extracting resources from their country and
control of the
general public by military force brought with a part of the income
from the corporations so they do not need the support of the tax payer
for their survival .This results in them becoming hugely unpopular with
their votes .
With the support of the media in the Looting
countries run directly and indirectly by corporations the Looting
Machines are kept secret from the masses in the Looting Countries
.However the proxy Governments need to give the impression that they
are acting for the well fair of their own populations by winning
elections but this is impossible to legally do since they do not have
the support of there own people .
So they have to cheat in their elections in every
way possible -Candidates chosen by oil companies , votes are rigged
,bribes are paid and so on . some of the proxy governments stay in
power for over 40 years !
Cheating in an election is a crime .If some one
cheats in an election in a Looting Country such as Britain ,France or
the USA they will go to jail for a long time .Cheating in a Looted
country is the norm and foreign corporations basically run the finances
of elections there but this does not change the fact that the Looted
countries Governments are criminals who were not legally voted into
Government .They do not have the Legal mandate from the public .
All contracts they make with foreign oil
companies and mining companies are criminal contracts made by criminals
who have no legal right to be in Government and so all the contracts
they make are also illegal including loans.
When oil and mining rights are sold to foreign
companies who know that they are dealing with criminals then that makes
them an accessory to the crime .Handling stolen merchandise is a crime .
The ceo s of companies extracting oil and mining
from the Looted countries distance themselves from bribes and the
criminal
governments they deal with but as the captain of the ship knows his crew
so they must have verbal knowledge of what's goes on in there companies
and so are accessories to crimes of handling stolen merchandise .
The quantities of stolen merchandise are so huge
and the resulting deaths caused by poverty means
these crimes are crimes against humanity and the ceo's of these
corporations need to be put on trial .
The International Criminal Court is in the heart
of the Looting countries in the Hague and is run by the Looting
Countries so one cannot expect them to arrest one of there own . There
is a need to create an truly international criminal court that can put
on trial crimes committed by Britian,France,Canada,USA ,Australia
,Nato and so on . This Court will need to be in either Africa or
South America .
In the mean time suspected War Criminals such as
Tony Blair and David Cameraron (bombing of Libya) walk free and are even
paid small fortunes for their books while the widows are the dead
killed in the wars they started live in poverty .
Don't you think the suspected War Criminal David
Cameraron should donate the money from his book to the widows in Libya ?
