France, Britain and Portugal.  The effect of the slave trade on Africa countries was to destroy the equipoise and balance of their structural communities.  Colonization further disturbed the structure of society and lead to the extraction of its resources for the benefit of Northern Europe .

The resulting extreme poverty created by the Northern Europeans in Africa was the breeding ground for 2 new fatal diseases to emerge  .Doctors can trace the diseases to regions and times  but the main blame for there existence has to be traced back to Britain  , France  and Portugal  the 3 main slave traders for causing the environment suitable for them.

The Great Grandfather of Aids and Ebola title must go to King Leonard of Belgian .Although other players were involved we need to look back at history and see them in the dark evil light of destruction that was spread around the world under their rule which created the environment were these two brutal deceases could take hold .
